Introduction.
King's Legend is a Swan 65, which is considered by experts to be the Rolls Royce of sailing ships. In 1977, during the legendary and incredibly challenging Whitbread Around The World race, which covers more than more than 27,000 sea miles, taking competitors via Cape Horn to the other side of the world. |

The crew sailed her into 2nd place behind the race winner the Dutch
Flyer. In 1999, Gijs van Liebergen, the present skipper, sailed the
ship back to Holland and converted the racer into a sailing ship fitted
with every modern convenience, but without ruining the original design.
That is why the King's Legend is so perfectly suited to provide small-scale
events for the business community on corporate sailing days and teambuilding
sailing days. |

September 20 we start on our sailing trip from IJmuiden via Plymouth and Portugal to Las Palmas (Gran Canaria). An eventful trip. Night watches, boat handling, navigation, you can be part of our crew. You can join us for the whole journey or for bits and pieces.And don't forget the ARC, Atlantic Rally Crossing, from Las Palmas to St. Lucia (Caribbean). | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

until the beginning of May 2008, we will cruise the Caribbean area.
From bay to bay on holidays or from mark to mark on one of the Regattas
of the season. You can join us and beat them! |

| Up-to-date
programme 2008 We did not include the vacation weeks in between the regattas, as every vacation will be customised, uniquely made for one group of guests. A vacation week is suitable for a maximum of 8 guests and a regatta for 12 guests. |
